Maternity Series – Week 20
Halfway!!!
I’m feeling pretty good still, bump is very prominent but not getting in the way too much yet… though lots of people have told me it’s really big! I slept fine camping at the weekend, the airbed was actually really comfortable. I think I slept better than I do at home in my bed! Though I’ve just been sent a Theraline Maternity Pillow – so hoping that helps. I’ll post more about it once I’ve tested it out.
I’m hoping to finish off the nursery in the next week or two before I go away again. And as soon as we know what we’re expecting I can start clothes shopping!! The girlies are so excited for today to find out if they’re having a sister or brother.

August 6, 2014 at 17:10Exciting times! My first two were surprise babies, I chose not to find out what I was having, but then my third was a surprise of a totally different kind as I didn’t find out I was pregnant until I felt him kicking, and at my first scan a couple of weeks later I found out I was 24 weeks and decided to find out what sex he was as. I felt it would help me bond with my unexpected baby – looking at your bump it seems a miracle that I didn’t look pregnant at all at 20 weeks with him and had only just realised he was there – mind you, by a couple of weeks later I had a huge bump, like now he knew he wasn’t a secret he could balloon!

August 7, 2014 at 13:50Oh how exciting. I knew my boys were boys. With Maxi the hospital didn’t do sexing, but I was really unwell and had an op at 20 weeks and they scanned me after to show that the baby was OK and you could see it was a boy and with Mini I felt the same way as I did with Maxi!
