Gingerbread Raw Bars

gingerbread raw bars

These gingerbread raw bars are oh so delicious! After having made the Chocolate Orange Raw Balls a couple of weeks ago, I’ve been planning on making a gingerbread version of the Nakd bars too. I finally got around to it this week, and they’re just as yummy as I hoped!

The gingerbread raw bars are made in much the same way, only this time I ground the nuts much smaller, blending until they were almost ground almonds.

I N G R E D I E N T S

150g dates
150g almonds
75g raisins
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp cinnamon

H O W     T O

Blitz the almonds in the food processor until they are almost ground almonds.

Add in the dates, raisins, ginger and cinnamon and blitz until combined.

Push into a greased baking tin, pop in the fridge for a few hours to harden, then slice into bars.

Store in the fridge or freezer {if you don’t eat them all at once!}
