Little Adventures

You know how much we love getting outdoors. Nothing beats a good, long walk… letting the wind blow the cobwebs away, splashing in puddles, running up [and down] hills, getting muddy, drinking hot chocolate to warm us up. The weather here the past couple of weeks has been awful. So much rain and strong winds, meaning we haven’t gotten out as much as we’d like. We’ve had to take little adventures, making the most of an hour or two break in the weather to get out. It’s the best medicine against cabin fever this time of year!

Love the rainbow photo – that’s the only upside to all this rain! I agree about having to get out when you can – looks like you all had fun :-)

Love seeing kids out and about. We have had so much snow lately, it has been hard to get real outdoor time.
