Party night…

New Year’s Eve! While we don’t go out, we always have a party here, just us and the kiddos. The most important people, y’know. We put out party food, enjoy some yummy drinks – think kiddo friendly cocktails, dance and play some fun games!

Part of the fun is getting dressed up, doing our hair and putting on our make-up. After a busy few weeks, and lots of late nights, this Mama is exhausted and looking it. Thank goodness for HealGel… I tried out the face version earlier in the year, but this eye cream arrived at just the right time! I’m usually a little sceptical about expenisve creams, and all that they claim to do, but this actually really impressed me! I found it to be really helpful for freshening the delicate area around my eyes, a little really does go a long way. After a couple of weeks, I could notice a big difference – the skin around my eyes was fresher, tighter and I looked like I get more sleep than I do!!

I’ve been browing on ASOS, looking at party dresses…. I don’t think I’ll splash out on a new one this year, but these three were my favourites:
