Our day in photos

early morning chickens

My day always starts with feeding these cheeky hens {as well as the guinea pigs and kitty cats} – they get their breakfast before me ;)

Making the most of the last flowers of summer in my garden

Mornings equal ‘school work’ in our house

train station

Monkeying around while we waited for our train to Chester.

feeding squirrels

Feeding these super friendly [and cute] squirrels – Kiki brought a bag of acorns with her for them!

A walk around the Grosvener Museum – I love these vintage clothes.

Coffee!!! Much needed coffee..

masks

I found the girlies looking at these gorgeous masks in Abakhan while I was picking up some jewellery supplies.

shopping

Comparing goodies while waiting for our train home, Chester is always a great shopping trip – with a Lush and Paperchase neither of which we have at home.

tigerlilly quinn

Home to a parcel of goodies from Tigerlilly Quinn. Gorgeous top and the cutest mug!

planner

With the kiddos in bed, I can final tackle some of my to-do list. I bought this new planner to try and keep organised {and seriously, it was way too cute to leave in Paperchase!} I have an exciting new project coming soon! My lips are sealed for now, but I’m busy planning away! I can’t wait to share it with you!

I wish that I could get a squirrel to come up that close! How sweet! It looks like you all had a really good time!

I read guinea pigs and just pigs. Hehe.

I haven’t been to Aberkhan in years, I used to hate it as a kid but started loving it in my mid-teens. I keep meaning to go there but I never get round to it. As of now it is on my to-do list to go before Christmas!
