Today We…

We’re having a fairly chilled day today, other than Baya and Kiki’s gymnastics class. It’s been a crazy week and we’re in need of some quiet time. Baya hurt her eye and ended up in A&E yesterday, all is well thankfully, just a scratch on her eyeball that will heal, but she was a sad little girl last night.

We’re spending the morning playing with this Balancing Cactus game from Plan Toys. It’s a fun game, trying to build a cactus tree by balancing branches on the stem. Plan Toys are always a favourite, made from natural materials and robust enough to handle little hands playing with them. Even my big girls have had fun playing with this!

What do you all have planned for your weekend? For us, this is the last one of our ‘summer holidays’ we’re going to {attempt} to get back to some kind of normal rhythm this week! Wish us luck ;)
