Healing Bath Tea
4 tsp Lavender
2 tsp Rosemary
1 tsp Epsom salts
Feel Better
4 tsp Lavender

4 crushed cloves
Skin Soother
{this is a great one for sufferers of eczema.. The calandula and yarrow soothe the skin and the chamomile is a stress reliever, and helps to relax you for bedtime}
