happy saturday loves! we actually woke up to sunshine! feels so good…. here’s hoping it melts the snow! i’ve just dropped miss lola off at her art club, home for a little tidy around before heading out to lunch with the tribe.

my birthday turned out pretty sweet! i got spoilt with lots of gifts and had a fab evening round the fire with friends.

today the postman brought me another gift from one of my very favourite ladies… a gorgeous star print scarf and a bar of lavender chocolate – oh my! tonight is for soaking in a bath with some of the lush i got yesterday and eating chocolate! i’ve gotten hooked on watching ‘hart of dixie’ this week, i’m not really a tv kinda gal… but now and then i’ll go through a phase of watching something, i’ve been tired this week, so i’ve snuggled up in bed and watched it on my laptop… nice bit of downtime!

i’m hoping this sun hangs around, i have lots of gardening to do once it starts to defrost a little!
