i took this weekend off, stepped back from the computer and just hung out with my family. it was bliss :) sunday was mothers day here in the uk. my little loves spoilt me rotten. kiki woke me up at 8am bounching with excitement hehe… no lie in for me! but they got me some great gifts and some beautiful handmade cards. they took me out for sunday lunch AND let me have an afternoon nap! luckiest mama ever.
saturday i’d spent catching up on housework and cleaning out all the animals. felt so good to have a clean and tidy house {not that it lasts for long}
i’m feeling refreshed after a lazy weekend… ready for attacking my to-do list this week! i moved some old stock into the sale section, all is half off! i have some new stock to be photographed and listed, and ideas for more – i’m planning on some creating this week :)

March 12, 2013 at 11:43my boy was sick so our mothers day plans went to pot … other little blessing type things happened though that wouldn’t have otherwise … sofa art sessions, whole family home cinema afternoon (including daddy which NEVER happens!) I didn’t have to cater cakes for guests in the end which was a slight relief after a night shift … so on mamas day I was needed as a mama more than ever … not a bad thing. love love love X
