Monday Meditations

a meditation to guide me this week… 
 Make yourself comfortable and relax. Close your eyes and go inside yourself. Breathe and know that all is well…. repeat softly (or silently) to yourself:
“May I be safe and loved.
May I be happy and healthy.
May I be kind and caring.
May I know that all is well.”
